Permanently flexible, single-component polyurethane resin, hydro-expansive (increases its initial volume by about 8 times), solvent-free, ideal for sealing small and large water infiltrations in concrete or solid masonry in general through injection. Perfect for filling and sealing small cavities, joints, and discontinuities subject to movement. DRYINJECT 800, when in contact with water, forms a flexible polyurethane foam. Technically, it would be a single-component product that reacts spontaneously with the water present in the masonry to be sealed. However, the reaction speed with water alone would be too slow for construction site needs. It is therefore essential to use an expansion accelerator, sold in combination with the resin itself (component B). The polyurethane foam resulting from the injection operations, once expanded, will maintain a stable volume. Good resistance to hydraulic pressure in water ingress will be achieved about 1-2 minutes after the reaction has occurred.
According to consumption, as needed.
Stopping water infiltration in underground spaces and in water/liquid containment structures. Ideal for filling and sealing small cavities, cracks, fissures, static and dynamic joints, in concrete and solid masonry in general.
