PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
DRYMIX ULTRA is a water-based chemical additive with crystallizing action that waterproofs, protects, and increases the durability of concrete structures. The latter significantly depends on the microstructural properties of concrete, such as porosity and pore size, through which aggressive gases and liquids can penetrate, causing degradation. The active chemical components of DRYMIX ULTRA react with moisture and cement hydration by-products, forming an insoluble crystalline complex within the capillary porosity that becomes an integral part of the matrix and acts as an impermeable barrier against the penetration, from any direction, of water and aggressive chemical agents. The development of crystal formation reactivates over time in the presence of new water or moisture infiltrations and can seal cracks up to 0.5 mm, exerting a self-healing action, which is also fundamental, along with the considerable reduction in permeability, to increase the useful life of concrete structures.

• It is certified for use in contact with drinking water
GREEN TECHNOLOGY
DRYMIX ULTRA is an ecological product that uses cement chemistry to perform its function, thus allowing for future recycling and avoiding the use of coating materials that would require high disposal costs. DRYMIX ULTRA therefore contributes to acquiring LEED credits.
DOSAGE
The optimal dosage of DRYMIX ULTRA is 1 liter per 100 kg of cement/binder.
